At Matthews Printing Company, all of your files pass through our Pre-press department. It is here that your documents are checked for size, color, resolution and trim. They are made into a PDF/X-1a file which insures all fonts are embedded and all spot colors are recognized.

 

Your order then moves to our state-of-the-art CTP (computer to plate) unit, a Prosetter 74. A digital signature is created and output through our Heidelberg Suprasetter A75 which is capable of rendering files up to 175 lpi. This type of process enables your files to work through the system without ever allowing any decay of the original quality.
